Prices in Euro per unit per day for 2 people.

3rd person (over 14 years) in sofa bed €50 added per night.
4th person (over 14 years) in sofa bed €20 added per night.

Tourist tax of €2,50 per person and per night (over 14 years) to be added to the stay fee.

General conditions:

All apartments are for a maximum of 4 persons.

Children under the age of 14 are welcome from April to mid-May and in October. At all other times, only children aged 14 and over are accepted.

The prices of the apartments include linen, towels, courtesy line, final cleaning , consumption of light, water, parking (1 per flat), air conditioning or heating. Pool towels are provided from May to September.

For stays of at least 12 nights the apartments are cleaned and bed linen is changed in the middle of the stay. For stays of one week, towels are changed in the middle of the week. For shorter stays, cleaning is not provided and sheets / towels are changed only upon request for a fee.

A deposit of 25% of the final sum is requested upon confirmation that it will not be returned in case of cancellation of the stay.The balance of the stay will be made upon arrival. In case of cancellation within 10 days from the beginning of the stay, as well as in case of no show or early departure, the customer will be obliged to pay the full amount of the stay.

A security deposit of € 150 will be required upon arrival. The amount will be fully refunded at check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. In case of damages, the expenses necessary for the repair will be charged.

Minimum stay: period  B 5 nights, C 7 nights with arrival on Thursday, Friday or Saturday. Shorter stayings only on request and with a possible surcharge of 10% on the total stay.
Check-in: from 16:00 to 20:00 – Check-out: before 10:00.

No pets allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
