The central part of the house is equipped with every comfort and is ideal for those looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday on Lake Garda.
The property, cultivated with olive trees and vineyards, is located within the Rocca del Garda Park and enjoys a unique view of the lake and the surrounding landscape. From the house you have direct access to the forest and cycle paths. Typical restaurants are within walking distance with a pleasant 10-minute walk.
Surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, an infinity swimming pool with salt plant creates a feeling of continuity, between the mirror of water and the surrounding landscape. The swimming pool is open from May to September with a sunbathing area with deckchairs, sun umbrellas and a shower.
The property is located a few minutes drive from the lively center of Bardolino (also reachable by shuttle bus, bus stop is 300m far away), a short distance from the ancient monastery of Benedictine monks Camaldolese Eremo San Giorgio and a few kilometers from Verona and Monte Baldo. Mantua and Venice can also be reached in a short time.
At guests' disposal there is a terrace equipped with armchairs and sofas from which you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets towards San Vigilio, the islands of Garda and the Rocca.
